Ordering your Card
  • Who can order Crypto Debit Card?
    At this time crypto-visa (plastic and virtual) can be ordered only by EU residents, or clients who have EU Residence Permit/ Long Term visa (Work or Study visa)
  • How to Order Crypto Debit Card?
    • Top up Your Coincardi account
    • You can do that by BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, USDC
    • In the "Dashboard" column You can choose which methods are preferable for You.
    • After your crypto balance is replenished you can proceed to Card section and select the card type you wish to order - Digital / Plastic.
Card Delivery
  • How fast the card is delivered?
    Card are being sent every Tuesday and Thursday and generally it takes around four business days for Plastic Card to Arrive to your address.
  • Is there a courier option?
    There is a courier option available at additional fee.
  • Is delivery cost included in the Card ordering fee?
    Delivery of a Plastic card is included in Card Ordering Fee
Card Expiry Period
  • What is expiry period of the Card?
    Expiry Period of each card is set to three years.
  • Will you re-issue my Card after expiry period?
    Card will be issued to you after expiry period at the cost of new Card order.
Account Password
  • How to create a password for my new Coincardi Account
    Safety is first and in this case, your password should be strong.
    Passwords must contain:
    a minimum of 1 lower case letter [a-z] and
    a minimum of 1 upper case letter [A-Z] and
    a minimum of 1 numeric character [0-9] and
    a minimum of 1 special character: [! @ # $ % ^ & * () _ + = { } [ ] : ; " ' < > . , - / \ ?]
    passwords must be at least 8 characters in length

Replenishing Card
  • How to Replenish the Card?
    Card can be replenished by cryptocurrency of your choice - BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, USDC. You do not need to convert it to Euro, it will be done automatically from each card transaction.
Card Activation
  • I received my Plastic card. How do I activate it?
    • Go to the “Cards” section
    • Press the button “Activate Card”
    • Write your Plastic card number
    • When you had made all these steps, now go to the nearest ATM, insert your plastic card, write there your pin-code and check the balance.
    • Your Card Activated, it’s time to start using it!
    * Card activation instructions are provided in the envelope that you will receive by post together with your card.

PIN Setup
  • How to Setup and Activate my PIN?
    You can setup your PIN during the Card activation process. In order to get your PIN activated, please visit nearest ATM machine and select Card balance option. Detailed instructions will also be provided in the envelope with that you will receive by post together with your card.
Card has not arrived
  • What to do if my Card has not arrived?
    If you have not received your Card in 2 weeks, please contact us by [email protected]
    Please also check your address that you provided is correct.
